      Buffer 조성 Buffer 용량 보관 온도 사용방법
    HiGene™ 50X TAE buffer [PB101-10h] 2M Tris-Acetate, 50 mM EDTA 1 L RT(실온) 50X를 1X 또는  0.5X로 dilution하여 gel 탱크에
    넣고 사용하거나     gel 제조 시 사용
    HiGene™ 5X TBE buffer [PB102-10h] 445mM Tris, 445mM Boric Acid,
    10mM EDTA pH8.0    		 1 L RT(실온) 5X를 1X 또는  0.5X로 dilution하여gel 탱크에
    넣고 사용하거나 gel     제조 시 사용
    HiGene™ RNase Free water (DEPC)
    [PB141-081,PB141-B500]    		 Diethyl pyrocarbonate (DEPC) 0.1% 1 ㎖ x 81 ea
    / 500 ㎖    		 RT(실온) RNA 실험 시 사용
    HiGene™ 0.5M EDTA[PB131-500] 0.5M EDTA 500 ㎖ RT(실온) Buffer 제조 시 적정농도로 dilution하여 사용
    HiGene™10X SDS PAGE running buffer
    [PB151-10h]    		 250mM Tris-HCl (pH8.3),
    1.92M glycine, 1% SDS    		 1 L RT(실온) 1X로 dilution하여 SDS gel loading시 사용
    HiGene™Coomassie blue staining solution [PB152-10h] 50% Methanol, 0.05% Coomassie brilliant blue
    R-250, 10% Acetic acid    		 1 L RT(실온) SDS-PAGE gel stain시 사용
    HiGene™ Coomassie blue destaining solution [PB153-10h] 45% Methanol, 10% Acetic acid 1 L RT(실온) SDS-PAGE gel stain시 사용
