  • Description

    T4 DNA Ligase는 Duplex DNA 또는 RNA의  5' -phosphate와 3' -OH 사이에 phosphodiester 결합을 형성하는 효소입니다. 또한 cohesive 및 blunt end 모두 연결가능하며, duplex DNA, RNA, DNA-RNA Hybrid에서 단일 가닥 절단 부위(nick)을 연결시켜주는 활성을 가지고 있습니다.
