    HiGene™ Genomic DNA Prep Kit (Column Type)는 glass micro fiber membrane을 이용해 genomic DNA를 추출하여 PCR inhibition 물질(divalent cations and protein etc.)을 제거하여 high quality의 DNA를 얻을 수 있는 kit 입니다. 또한, 한 kit로 다양한 sample의 DNA를 얻을 수 있어 빠르고 간편합니다.

    Know-how for High yield 
    1. 적정 시료의 양을 사용합니다. ( 단, 많은 양의 시료에서 추출해야 한다면 시약을 시료 대비 늘려 사용 합니다.)
    2. Washing Buffer(80% EtOH)를 신선하게 자주 만들어 사용합니다.
    3. DNA Hydration solution 사용 전에 EtOH을 충분히 제거 후  진행합니다.
    4. Kit 안의 enzyme은 제품을 받은 후 -20℃에 보관 합니다. 
    5. 유통기한이 지나지 않은  제품을 사용합니다.
    6. Lysis 시킬 때 강하게 vortex를 할 경우 DNA가 degradation될 수 있으므로 조심합니다. 
    7. GD1은 주변 온도가 낮아지면 SDS로 인해 결정이 생길 수 있습니다. 이 경우에는 전자렌지 또는 oven에서 heating시켜 녹인 후 사용합니다. 
    8. DNA elution시 DNA Hydration Solution을 50℃에서 10분 정도 pre-heating 시킨 후 elution하면 효율이 높아집니다. (특히, long fragment 경우)
