BioFACT™ RNase Inhibitor는 Rattus norvegicus 에서 유래한 91KDa의 재조합 단백질 입니다. BioFACT™ RNase Inhibitor는 RNase A, B 및 C 와 1:1로 비공유 결합을 하여 RNase의 활성을 저해하며, RNase H, T1, S1 nuclease, SP6 RNA polymerase, T7 RNA polymerase, T3 RNA polymerase, AMV reverse transcriptase, M-MLV Reverse transcriptase, Taq DNA polymerase의 활성에는 영향을 주지 않습니다. BioFACT™ RNase Inhibitor는 cDNA synthesis, One-step RT-PCR, RNA synthesis, RNA preparation 실험 과정에서 ribonuclease로 부터 RNA를 보호하는 실험에 유용하게 이용할 수 있습니다.

• 5 ng의 RNase A 활성을 50% 저해하는 활성을 1 unit
• Source : An E.coli strain with a recombinant
  RNase Inhibitor gene from Rattus Norvegicus 
• Molecular weight : 91 kDa Protein 
• Heat Inactivation : 70 ℃ for 10 min 
• Optimal pH range : pH 5.5 ~ 9.0
