BioFACT™ Bst DNA Polymerase는 Bacillus stearothermophilus DNA Polymerase의 5'→3' exo-nuclease activity가 결여된 재조합 단백질입니다. 제품의 최적 조건은 65℃, 30~60 분이며, 등온증폭(Isothermal Amplification) 기술이 적용된 Loop-Mediated isothermal Amplification(LAMP) PCR에 적용 가능한 제품 입니다.

• Synthesis primer : gene specific primer
• Suitable for applications requiring thermophilic strand displacement
• optimization activity at 65℃
• Relative activity 80~90% at 60℃, 65~75% at 55℃, 15~20% at 50℃
• lacking 5´→3´ exonuclease activity
• 5' →  3' exonuclease activity : No
• 3' →  5' exonuclease activity (fidelity) : No
