FastFACT™ 2X Real-Time PCR Master Mix (For Intercalating Dye)는 Fast Real-Time PCR에 최적화된 buffer와 enzyme을 사용하여 각 PCR단계별(denaturation, annealing, extension) 시간을 대폭 줄여 기존 2시간 이상 소요되는 Real-Time PCR 시간을 45분 이내로 단축시킨 제품입니다.
