LyoFACT™ OneStep qRT-PCR Pre-Mix는 lyophilized type 제품으로 cDNA 합성과 qPCR 증폭을 OneStep으로 간단하고 편리하게 실험할 수 있습니다. Thermostable BioFACT™ RTase와 hot start PCR 기능을 가진 H-Star Taq DNA polymerase를 enzyme mixture로 제조하여 하나의 PCR tube 내에서 qRT-PCR이 가능하도록 최적화 시킨 제품입니다. 본 제품은 sequence specific probe method에 적합한 제품으로 모든 Real-Time PCR machine에 사용이 가능합니다. 사용하기 쉽도록 동결건조 방식을 적용하여 보관 안정성을 높이고, 일반 solution(Pre-Mix) type 보다 template 사용량을 증가 시킬 수 있어 검출 강도를 높일 수 있습니다.
