BioFACT™ RTase는 M-MLV Reverse Transcriptase (RNase H- )의 thermostable mutant로 E.coli에서 발현, 정제한 recombinant type 입니다. 일반적인 M-MLV 보다 비교적 열에 안정성을 보여 50℃ 이상에서 cDNA 합성이 가능하며, 50℃ 에서 최적 활성을 보입니다. 기존 저온에서의 (42℃ 이하) 반응보다 RNA의 2차 구조를 억제 할 수 있어 cDNA의 합성 효율이 좋은 제품입니다. 
LyoFACT™ RT Pre-Mix는 RNase Inhibitor, RTase, buffer, DTT, dNTP, primer 등을 혼합하여 0.2 ㎖ 8-strip tube에 분주하였으며, 사용하기 쉽도록 동결건조 방식을 적용하여 보관 안정성을 높였습니다. Oligo dT(dT18)나 Random Oligo(dN9)가 포함되어 있어 template RNA 와 RNase free water만 첨가하여 사용합니다. 일반 solution(Pre-Mix) type 보다 template 사용량을 증가 시킬 수 있어 검출 강도를 높일 수 있습니다.
