    BioFACT™ A-Star Lamp Taq DNA Polymerase is a blended enzyme of Taq DNA polymerase and Pfu DNA Polymerase processing proofreading capability. It offers the specificity and sensitivity of Hot Start polymerase through anti-Taq monoclonal antibody that inactivates the enzyme until the first denaturation step, avoiding extension of non-specific annealed primers or primer-dimers.
    BioFACT™ A-Star Lamp Taq DNA Polymerase is highly suitable for efficient amplification of difficult templates caused by high GC content or complex structure and it is especially ideal for accurately amplifying long fragments with high yields and specificity.
